Steve Croxton

Steve Croxton has over 31 years of experience in investment and commercial banking in the leisure and hospitality industries. During his career, Mr. Croxton has been involved in financing and advisory transactions totaling over $35 billion for a variety of public and private corporations. Mr. Croxton currently serves as the Head of Investment Banking for Rice, Voelker, LLC, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Peninsula Gaming, LLC. Previously, Mr. Croxton worked for 16 years as an investment banker for Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he served as Managing Director and Head of the Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Group. Prior to that, Mr. Croxton worked in the Corporate Banking Group of First National Bank of Commerce (now JP Morgan/Chase), and in the International Banking Department of PNC Financial. Mr. Croxton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, and a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (now Thunderbird School of Global Management). Mr. Croxton holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.

Larry Klatzkin

Lawrence has over 40 years of experience in both equity and high yield research and in investment banking in the gaming and leisure industries. During his career, he has been involved in 184 financing and advisory transactions totaling over $30 billion for a variety of public and private corporations and well as number of mandates which include many of the gaming sector’s major restructurings. He currently serves as Managing Director with Rice, Voelker, LLC. Prior to that, he served as President of Klatzkin Advisors, LLC. He previously spent 11 years as a high yield analyst/equity analyst in the gaming and leisure sector at Jefferies & Company, 5 years at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette and 6 years at Salomon Brothers. He has also worked for Lehman Brothers, Smith Barney, Chapdelaine Credit Partners and Prudential Securities. He was voted #1 Gaming analyst by Institutional Investor for two years, as one of the top three U.S. equity analysts’ by Forbes magazine for Earnings Estimation and in Stock Picking in the Hotel, Restaurants & Leisure sector, and was the recipient of Michael Pollock’s Gaming Industry Observer award for Gaming Excellence and Research. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 16, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.

Robert Basic

Robert has over 23 years of experience in investment banking and finance and is currently an investment banking professional with Rice Voelker, LLC. In his career, he has completed over $25 billion of financing and advisory transactions for a variety of public and private companies, including debt and equity capital raises, M&A advisory, and chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to Rice Voelker, he worked for 12 years as an investment banker at Jefferies & Company, where he most recently served as a Vice President in their Leveraged Finance Group. Robert received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Prior to Rice, Voelker, Roco worked for 3 years at UBS Investment Bank, where he most recently served as an Associate Director in their Global Energy Group. Roco received a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University, where he graduated Cum Laude with concentrations in Finance and International Business.

Matthew Tomsuden

Matt has over 3 years of experience in investment banking and finance and is currently an investment banking professional with Rice, Voelker, LLC. Prior to Rice, Voelker, Matt worked at Matrix Capital Markets Group as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Consumer and Industrial Products Group, where he was responsible for conducting financial, industry, buyer research, creating valuation and financial models, and preparing selling and private placement memoranda. Mr. Tomsuden also worked at LPL Financial as an Associate Analyst and Wells Fargo as a Securities Analyst. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
